Check In & Check Out Times

Earliest check in is 4.00pm. Latest check in is 11.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Other Policies

To secure the booking we would need a 25% deposit. We accept payments by direct bank transfer, cheque or debit/credit card payment. The balance is payable 12 weeks before arrival. If there is less than 12 weeks to arrival we would need payment for your stay in full when making the booking.

Short stays on other days may be available upon request, please contact us directly for more information.

The damage deposit of £150 per property is refundable within 7 days of departure.
